Annual Heart of the North Rodeo, Spooner

Professional rodeo’s top competitors are coming to Spooner for the 64th year to compete for points and prize money. Fans will enjoy the thrills and spills during the competition and music performances in the evening. Food, shopping and even a parade are all part of this exciting Spooner tradition!

July 4-9
For 11 days every summer, the Worlds Largest Music Festival takes place at Henry Maier Festival park! This year marks the 50th year of Summerfest on the lakefront with 800 acts playing on 11 stages. Over 45 local vendors will be supplying food and beverages through out the festival. The Northwestern Mutual Children’s Theater & PlayZone features activities, dance groups, magicians and more to keep kids all day. Shop at the unique vendors, ride on the Sky Glide or listen to local and emerging artist before the headlines start at 8 and 10PM.
